At Aceros y Tuberias we have focused on foundry facilities consisting of:- Quality Laboratory: we can do all kinds of tests needed to verify the good quality of our parts (Rockwell Hardness Test, Brinell Test, Mechanical strength tests, metallo-graphic analysis, spectrometry, etc..)
- Manufacture of Models:we make all kinds of models to cast any piece without complexity or size limits. The resin and sand casting process (Pepset): Allows casting small, medium and large pieces in any material with fine finishes.

- The lost wax casting process: This process enables us to produce parts up to 66 pounds in small or large batches with high accuracy without a finishing process.
- The Foundry: Equipped with 2 induction furnaces, can produce more than 50 metric tons in one month in one shift.
- Machining Workshop: Our machine shop allows us to give the finish required by the client to the parts produced.
