Manufacturing of Models

Unlike many foundries we have our own model shop that allows us to build wooden models, machinable plates, polystyrene foam, resin and other materials necessary for casting parts.

We can gain flexibility by shortening lead times and reducing costs, as we control the entire process from start to finish, providing full transparency to our clients, no matter the size or the complexity of their parts.

Our modeling team is very experienced, skilled and prepared, which allows us to model any part no matter the size or complexity.

Once the model is completed, one can proceed to the next stage of the molding process to create a sand mold by a high-tech mixer (Palmer).
